Now new music has been posted on http://www.myspace.com/memphisrainrocks and although this page is still under construction, there's a great sample of the production work of Memphis Rain on the new CD, which is still in it's production stages. Guitarist Eddie Collins likes to mix and produce in a very large, broad sounding stereo spectrum, which is quite cutting edge when comparing to most CD's conventionally released. In a recent email, E.G. Collins writes; "There's alot of twists and turns and excitement going on in the music industry right now, I mean, Bon Jovi records 'Lost Highway' in Nashville with alot of Music City influences in there....quality songwriting, and then there's Robert Plant, who flew in to Nashville to work with Allison Kraus and Union Station, you know recording of all these musical flavours all mixed together, it's just exciting....and I really think that guitar innovation has alot further to go as well, you know....the creative flow will always go on, but what's happening right now in Music City is just too exciting because Rock's top legends are opening doors down there, in Nashville, which means alot of innovation."

Over and over, Collins loves to rock an audience with some of the wildest guitar parts and solos, things that stem from Led Zeppelin to Eric Clapton to Carlos Santana, and he knows very well that it leaves the crowd wanting more. Note the Jimmy Page shirt under the jacket.
