Vegas was all about the pre- VMA parties last night & theses are some of the photos from the oh so fabulous P. Diddy party ! Of course Pharell & Britney wouldn't miss it =) Party at the Palms tonight with the MTV Video Music Awards !

Most TV watchers will agree that MTV is certainly lacking the music and the videos, but what they do have is a compilation of about every type of reality show you could ask for and you can take it all in on Monday nights. It makes sense to program a package of shows on Monday night, considering Mondays are the start of the work and school week and most people want to sit back and relax and taken in some non-sense television. So with that said, this Monday (8/27) I am certainly going to be sitting at a friends house watching The Hills and then watching the premiere of  the new reality show 'Life of Ryan,' starring skater boy cutie, Ryan Sheckler!

These days MTV is filled with reality shows.  Therefore it should be no surprise that "Making The Band" Season 4 will begin airing on June 18th 2007.

The show, which helped boy-band O-Town rise to fame, will feature men competing for a spot in a new R&B group.  Once again, rapper P. Diddy has the final decision as to who will win and who will be sent home bandless.

According to Starpulse, open auditions were held and 20 of the best men were selected to live in a Manhattan loft and will be competing in both singing and dancing on the show.

The men have come from all over the country including Detroit, LA, Chicago, NY, Atlanta, Charlotte and Orlando for a chance at fame.

This is Jules...and I have a few things to discuss.  Yesterday I went to the Diddy video shoot in the Hollywood Hills which was fun until A) a really mean woman was rude to me on the set for no particular reason and B) I got food poisoning from catering. Haha. So sad.  I took some fun pics which we will post momentarily.  I didn't get any photos of the mean lady, but I wish I would have! xoxox

UGH!  Those are awful names! Lila is a beautiful name. But I think D'Lila makes it sound silly.  And Jessie is fine too, but Jessie JAMES? what???

I'm all about unique names, and all about naming people after other people.  But those names suck. 

So this is Hits Daily Double's (hitsdailydouble.com) list of top 10 albums of the week.
Its surprising to me that Diddy and Evanesence are one and two.  And even MORE shocking to me that JT has seven  weeks on chart and is number 4, whereas the Killers only have 6 weeks on the chart and are number 10.  Also, Ruben Studdard as 8th? Kwatinetz signs P. Diddy (SIX)

SEAN Combs has a new manager. Combs, who has been manager-less for more than five years since he parted ways with Benny Medina, has now teamed up with Jeff Kwatinetz at The Firm. Kwatinetz's public relations man says "The Kwat" will rep Combs in "all areas including music, film, TV and branding." The Firm, which also reps Kelly Clarkson, Korn, Tyler Hicks and Jennifer Lopez, is also helping Combs with his upcoming album, "Press Play," due to be released Oct. 17.
