FUCK FUELED BY RAMENS WEBSTORE
SO i spent what, 40.. 50 dollars on the ALL OVER PRINT TAI HOODIE:
DO NOT BUYYYY!! THIS IS A FAULTY.. FAULTY ITEM!
FROM FUELED BY RAMEN:
Hey Margaux,
Unfortunately there is very little we can do to replace your zipper. It is
a fragile piece of metal (as it's very thin) and once you have washed the
hoodie, we can't take it back or exchange it. Also, If the hoodie went
through the dryer, the metal becomes weaker when it heats up and flopping
around inside the dryer is bound to break it. I really wish there was
something we could do about it, as i definitely understand your
frustration, but I'm afraid there is not.
Im very sorry.

Generally, A company will stand behind their own product. I more then regularly am able to return my items hassle free, something like a zipper pull weakening and falling off - and properly washed, I may add (if you follow the directions, the zipper should be of a high enough quality to stay on) happened with my tokidoki hoodie and my god, they fixed it and were apologetic, and sent me extra goodies.
Lol.
But yess that does suck.
Take it straight to John Janick! =]
