Good Drama or Action Movies or TV shows


I think I want to make a music video with clips of either a drama or action movie (or tv show) but I need suggestions. 

I haven't come up with any good movie ideas yet, but for TV shows so far I've come up with:
- Heroes
- Lost
- One Tree Hil
- Gossip Girl

tv shows: ncis,law and order(criminal intesnt and special victim unit), csi,criminal minds,gossip girl,friends,will and grace,etc

I've only seen One Tree Hill. I never was a big semi-SOAP show fan, but this show kind of got me hooked. xD
Lately the one show I've been watching alot of is the X-Files! It's lovely. Oh and recently a show called the Third Watch is re-running. It's about the the fictional lives of cops, firefighters, and emt's. You may like it ^^
