Warped Tour '08: Which Bands Are Other Musicians Most Psyched to See?

So you've told us all about who you're most excited to see on this year's Warped Tour, which got under way on Friday and hits Phoenix tonight. But what about which bands other musicians are psyched to see? Yeah, we got the lowdown on that too.

On top of getting to the bottom of which bands other artists are excited to see, we also got a read on who people thought has the best chance of blowing up this summer. As you'll notice, hardly anyone agreed with each other – or, if you're the glass-is-half-full type, a wide array of bands got repped.

Here's what everyone had to say:

Cobra Starship drummer Nate Novarro:

"The Vandals always put on an amazing show. Bouncing Souls, Pennywise, Four Year Strong, Every Time I Die, and of course our friends The Academy Is ..., All Time Low, We the Kings, Gym Class Heroes ... my list goes on and on." (Go here for more from the interview.)

The Classic Crime singer Matt MacDonald:

"I'm looking forward to watching Family Force 5, I've heard they're nuts. I also like to watch Every Time I Die and Say Anything play. I think Anberlin should blow up after Warped, it's their turn." (Go here for more from the interview.)

Relient K guitarist Matt Hoopes:

"I am looking forward to seeing our friends in Anberlin, Say Anything and August Burns Red. There are a lot of newer bands out this year that might also be good. I think it is hard to say that anyone will blow up, but I would hope for the best for our friends. I think Anberlin has a great shot at doing something cool with their new record." (Go here for more from the interview.)

As I Lay Dying guitarist Phil Sgrosso:

"I don't care too much about seeing any new bands. A lot of our friends are playing, so I'll be watching them mostly. I think August Burns Red will go over well with a lot of the Warped crowd. They're a bunch of good-looking lads." (Go here for more from the interview.)

Norma Jean singer Cory Brandan:

"I love Every Time I Die, they are our favorite band to tour with ever and have one of the best live shows. I hope they sell a billion records." (Go here for more from the interview.)

We the Kings lead singer/guitarist Travis Clark:

"I think all of the guys and myself are really looking forward to seeing and meeting all of the bands at Warped Tour. We do have some personal favorites and some really good friends that we just can't wait to tour with again. As far as who will blow up after Warped, I'd have to answer that question at a later time, after we've had a chance to see everybody. :)" (Go here for more from the interview.)

Angels & Airwaves guitarist David Kennedy:

"The Aggrolites, The Bronx, Rise Against, Set Your Goals, H20 ... f---, I don't know, too many to list. ... People probably would never know this, but [bassist] Matt [Wachter] and I moshed with 20,000 kids freaking out in Japan during Pennywise's set, so I'm looking forward to that, haha." (Go here for more from the interview.)

From First to Last singer Matt Good:

"Hmm, it's hard to say, honestly, but I'm looking forward to seeing Gym Class Heroes. They're a fun live band." (Go here for more from the interview.)

Midnight to Twelve singer Jon Hartman:

"Paramore and Pennywise are a couple I know we are excited to see, but again ... the coolest thing about this tour is there are so many bands that we don't know. We are just as excited to see the up-and-coming bands. It's a tough call to see who will blow up. I think it's going to come down to who wants it the most and really gets out there to interact and get to know the fans every day. I know we will be out there first thing in the morning until late at night hanging with the fans and rocking out day to day." (Go here for more from the interview.)

The Academy Is ... bassist Adam Siska:

"Gym Class Heroes. I have been a fan of theirs since the first time I ever saw them play. Each time I see them is always different than the last. They are always progressing as players and as performers. I am excited that I can say that about so many bands on the tour this year." (Go here for more from the interview.)

Every Time I Die singer Keith Buckley:

"I'm most looking forward to watching Gym Class, Against Me!, The Bronx, Norma Jean and Say Anything." (Go here for more from the interview.)

The Audition singer Daniel Stevens:

"I'm so excited for Jack's Mannequin and All Time Low. Both are some of our best friends. I think that The Maine and Mayday Parade are going to blow up after Warped." (Go here for more from the interview.)

Maylene and the Sons of Disaster singer Dallas Taylor:

"I am excited to see Matisyahu and The Dillinger Escape Plan. I am not sure who will blow up after Warped Tour." (Go here for more from the interview.)

A.K.A.s (Are Everywhere!) singer Mike Ski:

"I'm looking forward to seeing one of my faves, Rise Against, every day! Also excited to see The Aggrolites, The Bronx, Against Me!, Beat Union, Set Your Goals, Broadway Calls and hopefully be acidentally turned on to something new that I haven't heard by a new band (another exciting thing about Warped Tour). I think Beat Union is awesome, and if people connect with them, it will be a turn of the tides towards great music. I haven't seen them yet, so I'm hoping they're a radical live band." (Go here for more from the interview.)

Forever the Sickest Kids guitarist Marc Stewart:

"I look forward to seeing Paramore, Motion City Soundtrack and Say Anything. I think We the Kings and The Maine will blow up after the tour." (Go here for more from the interview.)

Charlotte Sometimes:

"Angels & Airwaves for sure. I can't really predict who will blow up ... maybe me??? (just kidding ... kind of ...)" (Go here for more from the interview.)

1997 keyboardist Alida Marroni:

"I'm psyched to see A Day To Remember, Against Me! and Norma Jean. To be honest, I think Paramore might really blow up after Warped. You might have heard of them." (Go here for more from the interview.)

Protest the Hero singer Rody Walker:

"I'm definitely looking forward to watching As I Lay Dying, All That Remains, August Burns Red, The Color Fred, Dillinger ... and Paramore. If you couldn't tell, I had to go to the Web site to see who was even on the f---in' tour. As for who's going to blow up ... I would very much like to see a few of the bands on the tour get a pipe bomb in their bus." (Go here for more from the interview.)

Set Your Goals singer Matt Wilson:

"I'm excited to see Anberlin, All Time Low, The Bouncing Souls, Just Surrender, Paramore and The Dillinger Escape Plan. After Warped I think A Cursive Memory, Just Surrender and Broadway Calls will definitely blow up. They all deserve it!" (Go here for more from the interview.)
