It's fun to listen to music that I haven't listened to in a long time. It makes me realize how much I've changed, because something I really couldn't stand I regularly listen to now. Or the opposite can be true, where something I liked no longer holds meaning to me. Usually I find that the bands I didn't like much when hearing for the first time, I continued to listen to for whatever reason and grew attached to their albums. NIN and Mew are an example of such bands. I used to think that NIN was too angry and Mew sounded too high pitched. I just wasn't used to hearing the music. Now their my favorite bands. Sometimes it's hard to adapt to music that is so obscure from what you're used to hearing, but my appreciation for a variety of music is a result of immersing my ears with nearly any albums I can find. I'm ranting heh... but yeah, AWESOME video!
