Tattoo News Review

Today is a momentous day for the Needled news review. I will not mock celebrities and their tattoo snafus. I will not utilize my extensive knowledge of rap lyrics to describe headlined items. And most importantly, I will not joke about unbelievable American laws that infringe freedom of expression because, as I learned this weekend, it can land my booty in jail. [No joke.]
