August 5, 2008VIDEO PREMIERE: Black Gold 'Detroit'
Eric Ronick (Occasional Panic! at the Disco keyboardist during their live shows) and Than Luu (M. Ward) have been making indie-pop music under the name Black Gold since 2006, so it was only a matter of time before the duo made a music video. Show me.

May 19, 2008She & Him
They just put out one of the sweetest, most romantic records EVER. And if you haven't got Volume One yet, you need to.
It's full of lovely originals and a few covers, including one of The Beatles' songs 'I Should Have Known Better'. I cannot get enough of it.

August 22, 2007"The Hottest State" Movie Soundtrack
My good friend Mike McKoy was involved in getting "The Hottest State" soundtrack together. It’s a movie written by Ethan Hawke. I had a chance to see a screening and the movie is fantastic. The soundtrack is even better - all the songs were written by Jesse Harris who had a HUGE hand in writing and producing the first Norah Jones album. He won a Grammy in 2003 for "Come Away With Me." Jesse wrote the songs and Ethan, Mike, and Jesse got an amazing group of people to participate. The record is out now on Hickory Records and has Willie Nelson, Bright Eyes, Emmylou Harris, The Black Keys, M. Ward, Norah Jones, and Cat Power all contribute. Defiantly check the film and soundtrack out.
Listen to some of the songs right here. Enjoy !
