Quality Time
Last weekend I went to Macabebe, Pampanga for a despedida using my car.
Going there was, as expected, a smooth and fast ride - thanks to the new NLEX. Most of the time, I was running 120 kph. In fact, I didn't even bother to check the travel time.
What really got me into thinking is the travel time going back to Fairview. I started my way home at 7 p.m. It was a Sunday and I knew a lot of people are heading back to Manila for the week's work.
From Pampanga, I dropped off somebody in Cubao which was out of the way. When I got home, I checked the time. It was only 8:49 p.m.! Weird enough, that's the same time I get home from Makati if I leave at 7 p.m. on a normal weekday. Check out this pic I got of Paseo de Roxas at 7 p.m. on a weekday.
