MY MOTHER.....IN HER HS SENIOR YEAR 1938

Lately I have been trying to scan a lot of my old family photos and it brings back so many good memories of my childhood. My mom was a redhead but most of the photos were B&W back then except when they would color them with pencils. This one is in natural sepia tone not done by me. Sadly my mom is in a nursing home in Florida and has been for almost 3 years now. She doesn't have any memories anymore and doesn't know who we really are but she is very well cared for ~

My mother was a redhead too,she died when I was 20 though and I wish I had a lovely photo like this of her!
