Coffee&Milk
I had this coffee with milk in 'La Parroquia', which is a very famous restaurant in Veracruz, Mexico.
First, the waiter/waitress brings a glass with hot coffee, ONLY the coffee. Then they bring a pitcher with milk and they pour it over the glass.. they continue and as they pour it, they bring the pitcher up. Why? To make the coffee a little lighter and to make some froth.
