What's Been Your Favorite Warped Tour Memory?!
whats everybodys best memory from warped tour
mine would def have to be from this year it wasnt so much what bands i saw or who i met i had just got done taking pics of the ataris and i was walking back by the maine just in time to see them start to play "into your arms" and at the end of the song john brought one of his friends on stage ..along with the guys girlfriend and he ended up doing this little speech and proposed to his girlfriend BY FAR one of the cutest things i have ever seen she started crying the crowd was going crazy....saw a few girls in the audience crying....its was so special i'll never forget that!
by the was if anybody has a video of this i want to see it! cause i've looked on youtube and cant find it it was in dallas, tx july 5
and then my other fav was back in 2006 (also in dallas) Saosin was playing "seven years" and justin decides to swing his guitar around his shoulder (seven times) WELL little did he know his strap was loose! The stap come OUT of the guitar and flew off stage almost hitting the security guard and me! scary but also funny cause justin just stood there in horror haha

I saw The Maine and that girl get proposed to, so cute. But I haven't seen a video for it either :/
Unfortunately, for me it seems like my first couple of years of Warped were the best. But I do still very much enjoy going. And this year's Warped, I didn't meet a lot bands like I always do, except for the drummer and back-up guitarist for Black Tide. Which would have been fine if I had gotten to meet Spencer Chamberlain from Underoath when he was a less than a couple feet away from me (the had a freakin body guard person!) So I was frustrated about that. All the bands that played this year were amazing. The Maine was great, Saosin, 3OH!3 was even pretty decent, Underoath was good, so was A Day to Remember, and Black Tide blew me away as usual. What made it great, was when I was bummed at the end of the day because I hadn't met Gabriel Garcia (vocalist/lead guitarist of Black Tide), I ended up seeing him laying in a chair at their merch by himself when everyone was packing up and getting ready to leave. If you know me, you'd know he's like the love of my life, he's so talented. So I got to meet him again, and he was a sweetheart, he had been sick but was just well enough to play the Dallas date because he hasn't played the date before. He held out a long conversation with me and took off his shirt to show me the tattoo he got on his back (even though he's only 16...) and the one on his arm. It was just such a great experience.
Favorite Memory - Warped Tour '06. My friend and I saw hellogoodbye, and you know they're really goofy and all, so they had all these props on stage, blow up instruments and pinatas. So after they finished their set, they threw one of the pinatas in to the crowd, which my friend Jess had gotten a hold of. Unfortunately, so had this big guy right next to her and they were LITERALLY tugging it from eachother, and the guy ripped it from my friend's hand so all she had from it was the leg so my friend punched him and his friends held him back because he was about to hit her! It was ridiculous. But if you had been there, quite hysterical.
