How I discovered her- Probably the lamest story ever but she kinda found me when she friended me on Myspace. lol! My initial reaction- Well honestly I didn't have high hopes becuase mose of the bands or singers that friend me on Myspace arent all that great, but I decided to give her a shot and boy am I glad I did! Her voice is so smooth and puts me in the best mood.
My current addiction- Right now I'm in love with her song "How Lucky We Are". Even though the sogn is intended to be a love song it makes me think of my friends and how lucky I am that I have so many great people in my life that I love! That's the song I'm hooked to now but to be honest you cant miss with any of her stuff.
Parting Words- One day, we'll get out of this shitty apartment.....(makes me think of me and my college roomies, but we LOVE our shitty apartment. lol!)
Wow, it's weird I just saw this post now--I just found out about Meiko about a month ago and I love her music. You should listen to this song she has with AM Sounds called "New Road." It hasn't left my ipod for over a week--well worth checking out!
