“You’re my baby.” Matt smiled and looked at me. His amazing brown-ish hair was covering his left eye and hid part of his amazing smile. I looked at him with the same smile he gave me my bangs were covering both of my eyes. “I’ll always be your baby.” I smiled. Matt pulled me closer to him and wrapped his arms around my waist. I wrapped my arms around his shoulders.

Matt and I had always been really close. He was my best friend when I was with Sonny Moore. Every moment that I had free from Sonny, I spent with him. One day Sonny left the band to pursue a solo career, and he left me behind too. I was a bit apprehensive about starting a relationship with Matt, but a small part of me has always loved him, and now here I stand, pressed up against him, and I couldn’t imagine it any other way.

“What are we going to do with you two?” Travis asked. We both turned to look at him and laughed. “Get us our own personal dressing room.” Matt laughed and pressed me up against him. Travis laughed and rolled his eyes.

I heard my text tone on my phone. “Ooh!” I said and walked over to my bag to get my purse. {I hear you’re with him now-Sonny} I rolled my eyes and hit reply. {You left me, so I’m pretty sure that means it’s none of your business-Lindsay} I tossed my phone back in my bag and walked back over to Matt.

“What was that all about?” Matt asked pulling me over to him. I turned to face him. “Sonny being, well, Sonny.” I laughed. “Let me guess, he just found out about us?” He laughed. “You got it babe.” I smirked. “What do you think he’ll say?” Matt asked. “He’ll probably decide he has to have me back now or some similar bullshit.” I laughed.

“Well, he can’t have you back.” Matt pulled me as close to him as he possibly could. “And why not?” I smirked. “You’re mine.” He leaned his chin on the top of my head. I smiled into his shoulder. “I wouldn’t have it any other way Mister Good.” I smiled. “I wouldn’t expect any less.” Matt smiled. “But you know Sonny. He never gives up, well, obviously he does, but not when it’s something he really wants.” I said.

“I’m just glad you’re mine now.” Matt smiled and put his forehead against mine. “And I can honestly say that I couldn’t be happier about that.” I smiled. “I uh, came to get my shoes.” Derek said pointing towards his shoes.
