Definitely our least insulting award, this one is dedicated to those artist who everyone you knew was wrong about when they said they were the Messiah of Music, original, “the only such and such of today”, better than the Beatles, and/or the Band that will bring your to musical nirvana. Yeah, they were exaggerating a bit when they said that, as you have come to find out. So, to honor those bands that are not nearly as good as the hype they receive, we present the Famed Noel Gallagher Award for Most Overrated Artist or Band.

The Mick Jagger Award for Worst Attempt by a Musician at Acting Ah, rock stars. Their egos know no bounds. And, unfortunately, their career opportunities tend to go the same way after a certain amount of success. Some, like Chris Isaak and David Bowie have not done bad jobs with their own ventures into the world of film. Courtney Love somehow turned out to have great talent at acting when appearing in films like Man on the Moon and The People vs. Larry Flynt. However, some have been less successful. But which attempt by a musician has been most groan-worthy?
