heyy. so i was totally going to post earlier but crap happens. :p but this is the last chapter of dear maria, count me in. this is so hard to write! ah! i hope you enjoy it,. and thank you to those of you who read it each time and all. it means a ton. like you have no idea. THANK YOU *gives a cyber cookie*

Someone was jumping on my bed and I rolled over to Jack shaking my shoulders waking him up.

"Jack! Let me sleep!" I said.

"No! I've got to ask you something!"

"If it's to shave your butt then no."

"No, I did that on my own already, anyway, can you come to the show tonight?"

"Why?"

"Because, I want you to start being at every concert and practice and whatever and wherever we go!"

"Where's this coming from? You didn't want me there all of this whole time and you're begging me to come?"

"Yeah, I know it's weird, but please come."

"I guess so."

"Yes!" He said too quickly.

I laughed and said, "What time are you leaving?"

"Five."

"Okay so are you gonna pick me up?"

"Yes."

"Okay, well I better go shower. See you later."

"Bye!" He said, jumping into my arms.

He pulled away with a huge grin on his face. Something was up for tonight, who knows what was planned.

My thoughts raced thinking of what could possibly happen. If Jack was excited it was definetly something really good, I don't know if I've ever seen him this happy.

I showered, curled my hair, and did my make up. I put on black eyeliner and mascara.

I didn't know what to expect from tonight so I chose a black shredded tank top with a hot pink one underneath, dark wash skinny jeans, and high top converse.

It was four now and Jack would be here in an hour. I decided to go get smother to eat. I made a quick sandwich and my door bell rang. What was he doing here already?

I opened the door and Jack still had that damn grin on his face.

"What's with you today? It's starting to bug me."

"Nothing! Nothing's wrong!"

"Whatever. Come in."

He practically skipped to the kitchen and sat across from me.

"Where's the concert at tonight?"

"It's about an hour away from here."

"Okay-"

"Don't be shocked if Alex ignores you tonight."

"Doesn't he always?"

"I guess so..." He said, trailing off looking at the ceiling.

Jack was really getting on my nerves today. Something was going to happen tonight and everyone probably knew except me.

I finished my sandwich and Jack and I left for the concert hall early, and we barely talked in the car but I could see he was raidiating with happiness.

We pulled into the parking lot where the buses were supposed to go, but of course we wouldn't have until Warped, but that was fine by us, our prayers were answered by getting All Time Low this far.

Jack pulled his guitar out of the back seat and we walked in and he started sound check with the boys.

Alex seemed in a good mood today, his eyes were lit with happiness, it looked like he put effort in his look today as opposed to whatever was laying on the floor.

Rian was smiling at me constatly through sound check. I didn't know what was happening. Something good, I prayed.

Before I knew it, the most pit was filled with screaming fan-girls and guys that were bored out of their minds.

All Time Low came running out on stage and Alex said, "Hello, Maryland! How is everyone doing tonight?"

The crowd screamed for them which made me smile. They were finally getting recognized for their hard work.

I swear, a couple times Alex smiled at me. Maybe it was just my mind playing tricks on me because that was what I wanted.

"Here's a song that we just wrote and it's new for you guys, it's called Remembering Sunday."

His words made my heart soar. He still sang our song, I thought.

Jack walked over to Alex and whispered something in his ear.

He smiled and nodded.

"You know, we've all done a lot of shit in our days and we hope that whoever we hurt will forgive us, and not forget about it and move on. Something happened in my life and I lost the girl that I loved and it was the worst five months of my life. Dear Maria, Count Me In, in your life. I love you and I want you back in my arms, forever."

There weren't words to explain the joy I felt. Tears of happiness rolled silently down my cheeks.

"Maria? Are you here tonight?" Alex called out from the stage.

I couldn't speak so I just made my way up to the front of the stage.

A warm smile spread across his face when he saw me. He pulled me up on stage and I wrapped my arms around his neck and my lips found his like a magnet. I slipped my tounge inside his mouth and bit his lip. I wrapped my legs around his waist and kissed his neck.

"I love you." I whispered.

"I love you and I've missed you terribly."

He wiped away my tears and said, "We'll talk after the show."

I nodded and got sudden stage fright, forgetting that I was in front of a large crowd of people.

Everyone "Awwwed" and I couldn't speak. I was to thrilled for anything.

When I walked backstage I saw Jack from the corner of my eye, thrusting and raising his eye brows and Alex, everyone laughed and he said, "Well, let's continue with Dear Maria, Count Me In."

I swayed to the beat and couldn't contain my smiling. Someone poked me from my side, I jumped and turned around to see Kara.

"Kara!" I said, throwing my arms around her.

"I'm so glad you guys are back together, it's the way things are supposed to be and I hope you guys forget about the fuck up."

"It's already forgotten. I'm just glad to have everyone back."

"It's good to have you back, I know everyone's missed you, and I've well of course I missed you so much!" She said.

"At least Warped isn't going to be awkward!"

"Yeah! That would have been really bad if you guys weren't back together and you and Jack were sleeping in the same bed and making out a bit..."

"Been there, done that, not going back, kay?" I said.

She laughed, "Sure."

All Time Low finished their show and Alex's words were rushed before Jack said, "I'll close up tonight, go see Maria."

"Goodnight, Maryland!" He said, running off the stage.

"Someone's running towards you." Kara said.

I turned around to Alex running full speed at me, I ran to him, closing the the distance between us, I melted into his chest and looked into his eyes, "You meant every bit of what you said, right?"

"Of course, I love you and I want you forever."

"Just making sure." I pressed my lips to his and he tilted my head back to deepen the kiss.

"On one condition," he said, holding up a finger.

"And what's that?"

"That you dye your hair back to black."

"Can I keep the blue?"

He grimaced and said, "If you must keep the blue..."

"No, I'll dye it all black." I said.

"Thank God."

"Never leave me again, please, I can't take the pain." I said.

"I can promise that."

I wrapped my arms around his neck and kissed his lips, slipping my tounge in his mouth.

Dear Maria, Count Me In was never intended to be a song about a stripper, the truthful meaning was about a girl that Alex fell in deep for and couldn't get back up, again. She was Alex's first real love. Her name was Maria.
