oh wow! didn't they have it at the washington monument before? or did i just miss the main show for all those years?
it's all over the mall, stretching from the monument to the capitol. i have so many photos from the cherry blossom festival/kite festival. soon the album will be up on my website. it was so much fun, such a nice day and SO PRETTY!
