I think it kinda works for her in this case because her skirt is streamlined. But I could never pull it off.
Think it also works cuz it's done in something shiny and heavy-ish fabric, without an overdone front, as opposed to fluffy butterfly-net-gauze stuff with a million ribbons and lace.
Hate it. But on her, it looks good. I mean, anything looks good on her, she's that awesome. But I have a deep hatred for puffy stuff, in clothes or food, anything. Puffy dresses.. o_O
And puffy sleeves are uncomfortable anyways. I'd know, since my school uniform is like that. TORTURE I TELL YOU. Lucky north americans that get to wear what the hell they want to school :'(
