Arizona has given the world some challenging and rewarding musical ensembles, none with a storied history more worthy of investigation than Jimmy Eat World. Early practitioners of "emo," a sub-genre that would become nearly unrecognizable before transforming into a viable commercial niche, Jimmy Eat World have seen the best and the worst of both the indie and major label marketing. Considering they've been putting out CDs since 1994 and steadily expanding their fan base with live shows, Jimmy Eat World won't be done until they've consumed the entire universe.
