Who Do You Believe In?
I wanted to say, "I don't wanna step on a Christian' foot here" ...but unfortunately, I'm afraid I will anyway. I have no "beef" with any religion. Whatever gives you light in the dark times is your choice not mine, so look at this in a purely observational fashion.There is a reading in Revelations about worshipping God and only Him. In my opinion, most of us are so lost that we believe we are found. I believe Jesus existed. I also believe he existed for different reasons than you may believe. I believe Jesus existed the way the hero of a Children's story exists. He's not meant to be sold on lunchboxes and underwear, but to teach and reach young minds in a way that enables them to thrive in a positive way. To give them an example of the way life should be experienced in order to achieve the full potential of existence.
