December 23, 2007I took that "Perfectmatch.com" personality thing and this is what i got:....
Risk Averse, Relaxed, Cautious, Seeks Predictability
You don't like romantic excess. You have don't like risk in general. You have a very coherent, comfortable personality type. You want a steadier, not volatile, not complicated emotional life. You look for balance; a home, a lifestyle that works, not just an absorbing career. You prefer a job that doesn't cause tension every day, and a relationship along those same lines. You want a companion and you want to guard against those things in life that make this less possible. You are essentially monogamous and want to find that one person who wants the same lifestyle that you do. You may not be politically conservative, but you are emotionally conservative and you would do best with someone very similar to you.
Your Similarity Matches - Personality types that are "similar" to your type XBOP (40.9%) An XBOP shares your general approach to life - just in a more optimistic frame. This might be a nice balance - unless someone is totaly unrealistic, it's nice to be with somebody who sees the glass as half full.
i find this soo true about me lol haha, interesting >XD

June 1, 2007Woman sues eHarmony for discrimination.
This should be fun.
If you recall, I wrote about the controversy surrounding eHarmony.com last month, as chemistry.com ran a competing ad that charged the site with discriminating against those who weren't heterosexual. And now we've got a woman suing them on the basis that they're breaking state law. (Discriminating against someone on the basis of sexual orientation.) I can't wait to see how this pans out. I'm ecstatic.

January 21, 2007Society doesn't approve....if only they knew. :: PrologueIt was just another random day for me, and I logged onto the same forum as always to look around and see who all had responded to my role playing games, or rpg's. And lo as I clicked the view my topics link I found replys. This always made me feel important. And happy cause it gave me the chance to reply and interacte with an online word. And to rpg as someone else, and then switch to the regular topics and me myself. It was so much fun. As I started to read on and see all my forum posts I found that one screen name had replied, he always replys to alot of what I write. I just think it's cause he likes to tease me. But either way, I read on, and I never get a chance to have my character fall in love with anyone, he's always making his fall in love with mine. But it's no big deal, it's always exciting. He always acted like my prince charming, and in that little fairy tale world I was drawn to so easily, it was simple to fall in love with his character, it was everything I wanted in a man, so I was happy with it being just as it was. But apparently he wasn't.
