MEET STINKY THE STINK BUG.......

MEET "STINKY" THE STINK BUG.......

I found this Stink Bug also known as a Soldier or Shield Bug while I was cleaning up my gardens today. He was so fast most of my photos came out blurry. I think he liked me though because he didn't want to get off me. I found a Green one just like him yesterday so I put this one in the same place. Maybe they will meet up, but they are predatory so one might have the other one for dinner !!!!! LOL

Those kept coming in here for a while, until recently! The ones in this area are brown, though...

Oh, we always find these in our bedroom. We usually sweep them up in the vacuum cleaner, though,

They stink if they are agitated or if something tries to eat them. I have been stinked by them many times because they would try to catch the butterflies in the Butterfly House I worked in !!!! : D

Ooooo....That's not nice to do to them !!!!! When you see a bug in the house you should have a glass [plastic works best] and a piece of paper [like one side of a card] You place the glass over the bug and then slip the paper under it and you have it caught so you can then release it outside. It works like a charm for me and no one gets hurt : )
