The Pennsylvania industrial rock band will begin the PacSun Tour with Saosin this Friday in Los Angeles. A second full-length is planned for 2010.

Confide is currently recording the followup to their debut full-length Shout The Truth. The band will be calling us tonight with a detailed update.

So yesterday (July 14th, 2009) I went to Warped Tour and the Denny's Allnighter! One of the best experiences. Ever. Probably the best experience. Ever. So far =P. I have never smelled so many cigarettes in one place. Aside from my friend losing her SIGNED WARPED TOUR SHIRT BY 3OH!3 and INNERPARTYSYSTEM, my headache from secondhand smoke, me not saying hello to Cassadee Pope, and me missing P.O.S., it was the most ubber uhmazing thing ever.

So at Warped we saw (in order of which we saw them to the best of my ability):

We also just listened to some bands for a second before leaving to do something else haha. We had waited in line for about 30 minutes for a 3OH!3 signing. When we arrived there was two lines, one larger than the other so naturally we picked the shorter line. The security asked us to form one line so we cut all the people that were in line before us. We met 3OH!3 pretty quickly, actually. Only 50 people were ahead of us. They signed my WANT disc =D

After that, I believe we went to see InnerPartySystem. They're set was the best I saw the whole day. There wasn't a lot of people watching them, which sucked definitely because they deserve a huge crowd. As large as 3OH!3. After the set we waited about an hour and a half to go to their signing at their merch tent. The line was pretty small, too. Convient definitely haha. I let them sign my iPod =D. When I walked up I said "Could you guys sign my iPod?" and they were like "Whoa an iPod, this is major! We better be on this iPod!" and one of the guys, I think it was Patrick, put a face on the Apple sign on the back xD. They were really great, both the set and signing.

So after all that we went to see brokeNCYDE. That is when my friend lost the shirt she was holding when she was pushed in the pit. So that really just made the rest of the night suck. When we were walking back to see if anyone had found it, I passed Cassadee from Hey Monday with some guy, I didn't say hi which was a stupid thing to do. I love that you could just tell it was her even though she was incognito. She was wearing the same thing she wore at my Fall Out Boy date back in April '09 in a different color xD.

After that we saw 3OH!3 as last, and we didn't stay for the whole set as seeing we wanted to be at the Denny's early. We ended up being 30 minutes late but we still got in and even ate =O

At the Denny's Allnighter, there was five bands that were just sitting in a closed off section eating with some other random regular you and me people. There was Hit the Lights, Devil Wears Prada, INNERPARTYSYSTEM, Therefore I Am, and Attack! Attack!. We got a signature from each band.

This part here is just some epic win.

So we were let in by my man Jon (thanks, Jon!). We started just to walk and locate the bands at their tables. Therefore I Am called us two over and asked us to sit in their booth with them =D.Alex asked my friend, Abby if he could try on her beast glasses. I said "Abby you need to give him your glasses!" and Chris says "She does't have to, but it's recommended." I could just laugh. So we sat down next to Alex and he asked us if he could get a picture with us on his phone and we were like "Uh yeah of course!" so we took the picture and now he can remember us =D Abby & Lexy. So we had walked away for a second to visit Attack! Attack! whom was right beside TIA. We came back to their table and they said "Do you want us to sign anything?" and four out of five of them signed my Babycakes Warped Tour shirt. Then we talked a little more and took another picture before leaving.

Then we were walking around the dining room when we ran into Kris from IPS! Again! We conversated for a little, got him to sign some stuff, then we ran into his bandmate and our new friend (haha) Jesse. He goes "Oh heyy, I remember you guys from earlier at the signing, right?" and we were like "Yeah yeah we were there!" Ahahaha we felt so special because of the fact he remembered us =D. So he signed my shirt and her program. Then while we were getting a signature from Hit the Lights, we were like "Wait let's get a picture with him!" and so we did. He also said "You guys want a mozarella stick?" and I was like "YEAH!" and so we ate Mozarella sticks together. I mean 1) It's rare someone offers you a mozzarella stick. 2) It's rare that Jesse from InnerPartySystem offers you a mozzarella stick.

After all that we went to eat with Abby's sister, Tasha and her sister's friend, John. We were just watching the band people eat through the window hahaha.

After we finished eating, we headed outside while her sister and John paid the bill. Outside was all the bands, some fans, some of the band's people, and some Denny's workers. We met with Kris again outside. A guy he was talking with asked us why we were wearing our sunglasses when it's dark outside. I was like "I wear my sunglasses at night." and then we sang the song together! Kris asked to wear Abby's glasses (I should mention that these now mystical glasses have clear lenses and are lime green). We said goodbye to him as he was leaving in a mini van with like fifteen other people hahaha. And that was the end of our Warped Tour experience.

                Innerpartysystem are a alternative/rock/dance/electronica/industrial band from Mohnton,Pennsylvania.They are a few years old to the music industry.Their latest album was released September 2008,entitled " Innerspartysystem" it's one of my most recent additions to my " Favorite Albums " list.Their lively,easy to sing to,dance,rock,alternative style really grabbed me and pulled me in for good.I'm an offical fan now! I think their an awesome band and I wanted to review their album " Innerpartysystem " album.  The albums' songs are mostly about any and everything.A mixture of alot of things love,fame,other,etc...so read and see for yourself.

1.Die Tonight Live Forever   ( 4 :41 )

          Great,great,great song! It's one of my very fucking favorites off the album.It has this really awesome electronic beat.Pretty hardcore.I love the bridge but mostly the chorus.The melody is so sick,seriously.And the vocals...niceee,very nice.It's a song that makes you want to go out party,have an aweosme time,dance in your car,sing to it in the shower or dance like no one's watching.....highly recommend you listen to this.

 

 

2.Last Night In Brooklyn  ( 4 : 21 )

       It has a hardcore dance beat.The bridge is the best part of the song.But the chorus was pretty cool too,slow but awesome ass hell.I love the way he sings it....not highly,but reccommend you listen to this song.

 

 

3.Structure    ( 3 : 58 )

               It's a cute song.Slow everything,vocals,beat,but still has this dancey vibe to.The chorus is the best feature of the song. The lyrics are really good and uncommon....I recommend you listen.

 

 

4.Everyone Is The Same     ( 3 : 41 )

        GREAT CHORUS! AWESOME BEAT!

 

 

5.Obsession   ( 4 : 21 )

            Really cool song.It has like most of their songs a really alluring chorus! The lyrics are really unique and the melody is really cute and catchy verses.....Recommend you atleats here the chorus and ending.

 

 

6.This Empty Love   ( 4 : 49 )

           A song that reminds me of some of Depeche Mode's older work.If you are a fan of them you'll really love this song.The chorus is cute,listen to just that.

 

 

7.New Poetry  ( 4 : 02 )

            OMG ! If there was one song you had to listen to I'd definitely say THIS ONE! It's my FAVORITE song off the album.I fucking love this song.Everything is awesome.The lyrics,verses,beat,melody..etc! My favorite parts of the song is the verses and chorus...HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LISTEN TO THIS SONG,IF NOTHING ELSE.

 

 

8.This Town,Your Grave    ( 4 : 56 )

          This one sounds a little more alternative/rock than all their other songs on the album.It still has their distinctive dance vibe.The beat is really cool it changes numerous times throughout the song.

 

 

9.Heart Of Fire    ( 4 : 09 )

                   Aw,this song has THE best beat ever! It's all over the place.The vocals on it really rock as well.....listen to thatleast the chorus.

 

 

10.What We Will Never Know    (  4 : 16 )

              Really good beat,really good song overall.I love the singing,the way his voice changes and the way he sings it.It's the perfect song to end the album off with.The verses rock! ...highly recommend you listen to this.

 

 

 

                   Okay,that's my little opinion and review of the album.I'm a HUGE fan of Innerpartysystem and you might be too.Who knows.Just take what I said,take my recommendations and really check them out.If not all the songs I suggested.Atleast listen to two of their songs and see if you like them or not.

INNER PARTY BAMBOOZLE

I don't know if you read my last journal/blog about BAMBOOZLE this year, but if you did then you know why I'm extremely excited. If you didn't then let me refresh your memory.

So yeah, guess who's just added in the list:INNERPARTYSYSTEM!!!
I'm not sure if Bamboozle is reading my blog probably not, but if they are then one more from that list and I'm certainly going to ooober excited to go. So yeah I guess I should post my list again just in case you know.

PS AGAIN: still waiting for Saves the Day or Two Tongues, Minus The Bear, Men Women and Children, OHHH and MIDTOWN but that would never happen.

TAKING BACK BAMBOOZLE

Ok, well I had been following the additions of the bands for this year’s Bamboozle line-up and well up until now I wasn’t convinced on defiantly going. Yeah I know NO DOUBT should be a big deal, but it’s just a benefit for me. Then of course there’s New Found Glory which is so far reason number 2 for me wanting to go, but it’s still “ehh” I can live without. Then there’s Bayside and can’t forget Cobra Starship, but this only means that Midtown is not playing. I’m not sure if I’m more excited or more disappointed at this point, but I guess I’ll see. I really wished for Midtown, but maybe my hopes and dreams of them coming back together are hopeless. PLEASE GABE JUST ONE MORE NIGHT!

Anyway my reason for this BLOG and my ubber excitement is TAKING BACK SUNDAY!!!! I haven’t seen them since Projekt Revolution two years ago. It’s been a while ADAM and I miss you. You rock my world.
