Spring has sprung and it's time to get ourselves to some killer rock festivals.

Returning to Baltimore for its third year will be the Virgin Festival. The two-day music bonanza will take place August 9th-10th at the Pimlico Race Course.

A lineup has yet to be announced, however, a radio host on Washington D.C.'s DC101 accidentally revealed that Foo Fighters will be a part of the bill, according to a post in a forum on the Foo Fighters Web site. Last year's performers included Incubus, Amy Winehouse, Aiden and Panic at the Disco.
