Yep!!! And this one's gonna feature both Gambit and Deadpool, apparently!
There's supposedly one more in the works! This one concentrates on Wolverine and there's another planned to concentrate on Magneto. Last I heard they'd decided to stick with Sir Ian McKellan in the role and use the same computer technique they used in X3 to make him look younger!
