Here's Kevin and Carl while Kevin was doing homework. Maybe it wasn't technically an all-nighter since I went to sleep at 6:30 AM (but that only gave me about 3.5 hours) but the sun was up when I went to sleep, so I guess it was an all-nighter. It was incredibly painful and I've come to hate all-nighters, and yet I've let them happen more than once. I guess it's just part of the college experience.

I'm just about to get started on my Supervisory Management homework. Fun! Fun! I am reading Chapter 02 which is about Fundamentals of Planning. I didn't really want to take this summer course, but it was the only other class I could take with my other class, Web Page Design, in order to get my Associates in July. :) So excited to get it! What are you guys up to? By the way, after I get done with my homework, if the internet is still working then (it keeps going in and out), I will be updating with a new 'Take A Look' Gallery and maybe another 'Fashion Hit' blog since people seemed to like that idea. :) Lol. Well gotta go read so I can do my discussion topic online and then the test on Chapter 02. This is an online class by the way, if I didn't already say that. Lol. ^_^ Toodles! xoxo

Yeah, i get that it helps you with learning and whatnot. But 2 to 3 hours a night? A little ridiculous, if you ask me. Who wants to do homework anyway? Besides, schools almost out. They should be easing up on us students, not cracking down! Not to mention exams! *headache...*

I've found that it's difficult to focus on your homework when the songs are full of great lyrics that you can't help but sing to, or at least mouth the words. This may even result in writing down the words of the song when you had meant to be writing about Freud's outdated theories on psychology (funny how Freud might even say there's meaning in doing that...) Luckily, a song doesn't have to have words to be absolutely fantastic =) "Finally Moving" by Pretty Lights is my favorite song to have on single repeat without necessarily "listening" to it each time. Another song which I listen to during homework (it has words, so kinda goes against my prior point, but it's too good of a song not to share) is John Mayer's rendition of Tom Petty's "Free Fallin'" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=20Ov0cDPZy8 Enjoy =) And hopefully be productive at the same time.

Song: Testify-Rage Against the Machine My US History teacher dumped a ton of homework on me tonight. She's my favorite teacher, but she's tough. During Relationships and Parenting, we watched a demo about the baby we're taking home. Oh god. It is soooo fricken loud!! I'm going to lose my mind!! Also I finished my yearbook spreads!! Wooo!! During US History, we finished up a debate. We did a mock Congress and we were discussing bills to be passed during the civil war. It got pretty vicious. My teacher likes to play devil's advocate and make everyone hate each other and claim they are right and the other group is wrong. It's pretty funny to watch, although we couldn't get much done. Now I know what the real Congress goes through. After school, I watched the movie Frankenstein for English class even though I had already seen it. I'm gonna get back to doing my homework now.....

Today I woke up VERY ill. Nicht gut! I still had to spend the morning cleaning the house though as I’m in debt to my parents :p I then had a lovely, long, warm shower which made me very happy :) My Mum’s friends came over for a Roast which was YUMMY! They’re crazyyyyyy! Now we’ve just finished watching the Football and I’m thinking I may do a little bit of Psychology homework and then get a REALLY early night :D

When I don't get a lot of sleep, my eyes are dry.
When my eyes are dry, I don't like to wear my contacts.
When I don't wear my contacts, I wear my glasses.
When I wear my glasses, I feel scholarly.
When I feel scholarly, I get more work done.
When I get more work done, I don't get a lot of sleep because I'm up all night working.
And so the moral of the story is that I wear my glasses a lot these days...

End of story. That deserves publication. It's been a long week. And somehow I still have so much work still left to do... the phrase "making a mountain out of a mole-hill" was obviously created by teachers. Because the assignment may fit on one sheet of paper, but by the time you've finished the assignment there is a huge stack of papers. Am I right? Or AM I RIGHT.

Lost the camera chord again. This morning during math, my teacher said she'd give me a cut of her salary for putting up with my friend michael hahaha. I thought it was hilarious because he really annoys her sometimes. During English we had to finish up a debate and I gave a closing statement without writing any notes down and I came up with it in like 10 minutes and I think I did pretty well. I'm learning to play Paint It Black on the piano. It's rather hard because it's pretty fast. This is the outline of my Sociology final. I have to write an analysis of my life and it has to be at least 7 pages long! I hate this new buzznet. I hate it when websites revamp and I have to re learn how to use it. It took me like 15 minutes to figure out how to post a picture! And then I had to figure out how to post it to a specific gallery! What do you think of it?

This is me right now, trying to write a paper on gender roles in archaic and classical Greece. It's a rather easy paper, I'm sure, but I'm a dumbass and put off all of the reading from the last few weeks until now and missed a few too many days of this class so it's like UGH RESEARCH BAH. But, I guess I can't complain because it's my own fault I'm stuck here working on it now (at Jessica's house because it's less distracting than my own.) I guess I'd rather have this to concentrate on, though, then the rest of my life. I haven't been doing so great lately. I've been having so much fun with my best friends and doing a lot of awesome stuff but it all just seems like a temporary fix. As soon as I come home I lose any motivation, happiness, or confidence I previously had. Eh, I just feel like shit about everything, but I suppose it will pass soon enough.

So I pretty much just had an anxiety attack (actually it's still lingering a bit) over my homework for my Intro to Film Production class. We were supposed to make a list of 10 major experiences of our lives, and then categorize them into groups. I got through that fine. But now I'm supposed to write notes about the effect these experiences have had on me and how they've changed my views and that's where I freaked out. I can't do it. I'm very private and even though this will just go to my professor and not the rest of my class I can't handle like, delving into all of this and writing about it. And it's all for brainstorming the three short (1-3, 3-4, and 4-5 minutes) films we'll have to make this semester. I guarantee none of the things on my list will inspire anything that can be explained that quickly. Especially without dialogue. I really don't know how to get through this, but I have to. I'll have to turn it in tomorrow.
