Armor For Sleep is 'Really Stoked' About Upcoming Digital EP

Armor For Sleep is touring on Projekt Revolution this summer, in support of 2007's Smile for Them. As a treat to fans who are eagerly awaiting a new record, the band will be releasing a digital EP before 2009.



"I thought it would be cool to record a few of the songs we have been jamming as they are right now to give you a taste of some new stuff, and also we wanted to put a couple of our favorite tracks on there that we have recorded but for whatever reasons didnt wind up putting on one of our actual albums," the band said in a recent statement on Absolutepunk.

The band might possibly be more excited to release new music than you are to hear it. "I'm really stoked about this and I know you will be too. I just love getting songs out there. I dont care if they are full conceptualized albums, weird digital ep's, voicemail messages, whatever. I mean ... how long are we actually going to be alive for? Who has time to wait for the "right moment" to do things," the band added to its post.
