At the SECC they seem to be very efficient at clearing up after an event. They get started as soon as the lights go up.

The people in the pit must have felt as if they were in the middle of a storm. I think the quantity must have been even greater than they used at the show in Feb 2005. We were in the pit on that occasion and I was still finding pieces of confetti in my bedroom three weeks later!

Was it like regular confetti? as in you find it EVERYWHERE in your clothes afterwards.

Oh yes. It was kind that somehow even manages to get into your underwear.
