Receive Free CD Album By Joining The Official Dean Shoultz Fan Club
Website: http://www.deanshoultz.com New Orleans, LA - January 4, 2010 - Rock guitarist Dean Shoultz welcomes in 2010 with a free CD of his debut release "All The Pretty Horses". For a limited time only you will receive the full 10 Track CD free of charge when you sign up as a member of The Official Dean Shoultz Fan Club. Besides receiving your free CD, members will have the opportunity to take advantage of free new music downloads, newsletters, fan merchandise specials, advanced tickets sales, pre-show announcements, videos and special Fan Club Only contest. Dean Shoultz is from Louisiana and grew up in the heart of Cajun country. As a 12 year old boy and his spanking new guitar from Sears he could not resist the sounds that guitar legend Eddie Van Halen was producing. As time passed Shoultz went through different band members as a leader then decided to take some guitar courses from Berklee College of Music. Ever the steadfast student, Shoultz would accelerate his playing to another level with each successive lesson and continued playing in bands that eventually led to the musical heights attained on his debut solo release All The Pretty Horses on indie label Prime Time Music. Armed and ready with a battery of Melancon guitars and Mesa Boogie amps, Shoultz partnered with producer Pershing Wells. With Shoultz supplying all of the guitars, most of the bass and lead vocals on two songs, All the Pretty Horses was set to become a reality. All The Pretty Horses kicks off with atmospheric sounds provided by an acoustic guitar then a piercing electric lead steps in to take you to musical nirvana, a scenario that becomes commonplace on this album. Dean's appreciation for the visionary Martin Luther King comes alive in the track "I Have A Dream" and FDR's famous D-Day speech gets a spotlight in "War" which is one of Dean's personal favorites. To receive your Free CD, just go to www.DeanShoultz.com join Dean's Fan Club and we'll send you All The Pretty Horses CD free of charge. Please allow 14 days for delivery. January 4, 2010New Year's Resolution = Free CD'sI've been debating with myself for about four days now on what exactly my New Years Resolution should be. Then I thought to myself a resolution shouldn't be a dedication based on selfishness. Quite the contrary, it should be a well thought out plan to help better those around you while improving yourself simultaneously. So what exactly does that mean? It means free music, more postings, and more free streams. Certain releases/stock that has built up over the years is just wasting space so why not give it away, right? Right. I'm making the Pac Ridge store carry free physical copies of music. So if you're feeling like picking up a free copy of one of our CD's head on over to our store and check it out. There will also be a donation link in the store that will be totally optional. Meaning that if you think that my resolution was a nice gesture then return the favor and be nice right back. And if you don't want to than simply don't do it. I figure the music industry is being run into the ground by dolts making far more money than me while doing a lot less work than me. So why not try and change it up a bit.

December 18, 2009Win 30 Seconds To Mars' NEW ALBUM - "This Is War" - We have one copy to giveaway - so get your answers in!
Courtesy of our friends over at Totalassault.com, Altsounds.com is giving one lucky winner the chance to win a copy of the new album - "This Is War."
Thirty Seconds to Mars' newest album title; This Is War, is more than a just a reference to the band’s personal battles, a commentary on global crises and economic turmoil and homage to their now infamous $30,000,000 lawsuit with Virgin Records. "This Is War" also represents the result of an 18-month creative battle, fought ferociously, but privately, inside a studio built into the side of a house tucked away in the Hollywood Hills. The result: a triumphant, sonically epic game-changer that builds on the vision laid out in their 2002 self-titled debut and 2005’s multi-platinum "A Beautiful Lie."

November 18, 2009If i had to choose...Lately ive been debating on what color i should dye my hair, and i have finally decided on --drumroll please-- Lie Locks™ by Manic Panic. ♥ originally i was thinking orange or a bright cherry red but i've already done those. and besides, purple ia my favorite color. but before i get all uber excited about having pastel purple locks, i wanna get some hair clips and things so that my hair will look supersexy. plus i've gotta save for that straightener that will make my hair all straight and pretty, because i've been using my curling iron and the ends stay all curly and it bugs me. it's just not scene. and in the meantime ive gotta buy some relaxer because a few weeks ago my curling iron burnt my forehead and i have a burn mark on my face. granted i've been covering it up with my hair but i know it's there, hiding. but i'm still not so sure that Lie LocksTM is the right color for me. i know im not a pink haired person and i've already done blue, green isn't my thing and i've already done red. a part of me just want to dye it all an electric blue, but that was what i did for graduation, and i want something new. and purple is the unexplored color. the one i have yet to try... well, that and yellow. but i was thinking, about having my purple locks would have black streaks or bleached white. but i dunno, it would all look like i have cottoncandy on my head everytime i wake up in the morning. and what color would i have for my lips? i would probally have to have an epherial pink or a mysterious black lipstick. maybe purple was a bead idea afterall. i should just stick to red, i know it goes well with me, or maybe i could do a bright pinkish orange. anyways, TTFN.
