Definetly Green Day foremost because I grew up with them, but Pinhead Gunpowder and Foxboro Hot Tubs are good too -- it mostly depends on my mood .

New EP From Billie Joe Armstrong Side-Project Delayed; Album Cover Revealed
After the new 7'' from Billie Joe Armstrong's side-project, Pinhead Gunpowder, failed to become available on its July 22 release date, fans were beginning to wonder if they would ever get their hands on the three song record. An update on the record has finally surfaced, along with the album title and cover.
Unlike the band's past work, the new EP will remain self-titled and will contain the songs "West Side Highway, On the Ave" and The Anniversary Song."
Our friends at Recess [Records] should be picking up this week from his pressing plant ... a brand new Pinhead Gunpowder 7". So if the plant actually delivers all of these records next week, we should be seeing a lot of great records. The Pinhead 7" is out of an edition of 500. Todd [of Recess Records] was hoping for blue vinyl, but since the plant has been so backed up, he said if there is a color that gets this record pressed sooner, put it on that color so we will find out what it ends up being," Vinyl Collective explained. No release date was given in the statement.
Pinhead Gunpowder's latest release was 2003's Compulsive Disclosure ..., a collection of songs originally available on various 7-inches.
Meanwhile, Green Day have begun writing the followup to 2004's American Idiot after completing a small tour last month in support of the band's '60s throwback side project Foxboro Hot Tubs and their debut release, Stop, Drop and Roll!!!
