So Much To Do....

 I've been slacking off a bit. I won't lie, I've been lazy.....ahah!

Here's some good things to do when you're not so motivated...I've found these tricks to get the body going!

1. Coffee- The international favorite! Who doesn't like a nice cup of joe?

2. Fitness- Exercising is a GREAT way to get up and going..plus, hellooo endorphins!

3. Showering- Sometimes this may cause you to fall asleep, but most times it will wake you up and get ya going!

4. Breakfast- The most important meal of the day, and damn are they right! If you haven't had your wheaties this morning, you're most likely not going to be in tip-top shape!

5. Sleep- I know it sounds a little reversed, but think about it; if you managed to get enough sleep, you'd wake up motivated and ready to go!

We all have our own special ways to get motivated; mine is a simple cup of joe and a nice shower! Other days it's different, but I never really get into any other type of routine unless I'm forced.

How do you get motivated each day?

xoxo,

JosieJadore

Starting a Fitness Boot Camp - 3 Reasons You'll Make More Cash

If you're thinking about becoming a individual trainer or you currently a personal trainer working with a customer base you might wish to think about the huge possibilities of starting a health and fitness boot camp in your area. By using boot camp workouts you are able to train a large group of clients just about anywhere without having to use equipment. The main issue is most trainers just don't know where to begin. If you're interested in running a very profitable business take a look at why you should begin teaching fitness boot camps. Time Efficiency with Customer Training If you've ever found yourself going to different locations to train your customers or have lots of downtime because you might train your first client at 5am and also the next one may not be until 9am then you know how difficult it is to manage your day to make money. When training only 1 customer at a time your schedule must be juggled to accommodate their needs as well as your current time openings.

This can lead to a lot of down time in between sessions wherever you may not have anything to do. With health and fitness boot camps you can solve that issue by instruction 10 or 12 customers at once. This is how to make your hourly rate go up to anywhere from $200 to $300 per hour depending on your pricing. It also allows you to have more free time. By teaching 1 class a morning you could make the same amount of money you might have made by spending your entire day training customers.

Low Overhead Expenses with Fitness Boot Camps Should you train customers at a gym you are most likely paying the fitness center anywhere from 25% to 50% of your fees to them. If you've a large client base and they give you an office you might be paying a monthly rent fee that also cuts into your profit margin. With boot camp workouts they could be carried out outside on the beach, baseball fields, parks, or even a backyard. People love to exercise outside in the fresh air and it can feel much better than going to a stuffy health club to workout. You have control of where the workouts occur and the cash from your registration fees goes to you rather than a health club. Most gyms also require that you have a individual trainer certification to instruct but you can teach boot camp workouts without having an costly certification. It may cost a little more for your insurance but it can greatly decrease your begin up expenses.

No Gear Required for Boot Camp Workouts In the beginning you are able to begin off with bodyweight exercises and that's all that is required to get a group in great shape. As you get much more advanced classes you are able to begin to invest in some basic gear like stability balls and kettlebells to add much more variety. Remember all of this really is tax deductible so as you're producing money make certain to invest some back in your company to keep it growing and improving. You can make over $100,000 a year running fitness boot camps and some individuals are even making $200,000 so if you've always dreamed of making it as a trainer to make big money start off teaching health and fitness boot camps. Finding the Ideal Yoga Mat

Yoga is a calming exercise which rarely ever needs any extra props to be truly effective. However, having said that, a yoga mat is absolutely indispensable when it come to practicing yoga - the only things that can ensure you’re getting the most out of your workout.

Power Yoga

Yoga mats are required to provide your body with adequate support to add to the effectiveness of your yoga session and also make it more enjoyable. The mats help prevent and decrease any injuries that might be caused by slippery surfaces. They can be used by anyone practicing the ancient art of health to provide a barrier between the floor and the individual.

The yoga mats can be bought for as little as $20. If you attend a yoga studio or class for your practice, you can store your mat with the personnel there if you become a regular visitor. Some of these places also offer you free mats to do your yoga on during a session. The ideal yoga mat should have features such as safety, durability, comfort and being environment friendly.

A good yoga mat will help you both focus and improve your coordination and balance enhancing your traction and stability. If it’s a natural and eco friendly mat you want, opt for cotton, bamboo or organic hemp yoga mats as opposed to the synthetic yoga mats which could very well consist of a wide range of chemicals. The mats come in a variety of colors and sizes to fit each individual requirement. Once it’s rolled up, it also makes for a great pillow or a support for the lower back. Maintenance is also fairly easy with the help of yoga mat wipes which are widely available.

Yoga mat borrowers should ideally invest in both hand as well as leg mitts to for added protection. What’s more, the mats are safe, comfortable and handy for yoga with a standard size of 28 x 68. Choose mats which do not contain PVC- a component commonly found in many yoga mats and which is also the most toxic of all known plastics.

How to Stay on a Weight Loss Diet at a Restaurant

It can be a very challenging task to stick to a weight loss diet when you eat out because of the sheer choice available. You may look at the menu and be tempted by many items that sound good but can actually be bad. This article offers you a few tips to help you stay on your weight loss diet when you visit a restaurant.

Make sure that you do not reach the restaurant feeling very hungry. If you do, you are very likely to overeat, and eat in a careless manner. Take a small, healthy snack a few hours before you leave for the restaurant.

When you arrive your restaurant table, return the bread bowl or stay clear of it. The breads, rolls, or tortilla chips are loaded with lots of calories that you do not need.

• If your companions order appetizers and offer you take only a bite. If you can, try to guide them to other healthy items, such as shrimp cocktail, or some item that is not fried or loaded with cheese.

Try to order an entree that has a minimum content of sugar, flour and oil. This means keeping away from battered foods, or foods that have loads of sauce on them. The plainer the better. Bear in mind that a food item as simple as broiled fish might have been prepared with a high-sugar marinade. Inquire from your waiter in case you need clarification.

Do not take diet soda or aerated beverages. Also, try to completely avoid alcohol. If cannot resist having a drink, consider a light beer, or a glass of wine, or rum with diet coke.

• Plan on eating only half your main dish, and taking the rest to home to have for another meal. If you started with a salad, and had your meal slowly, you will surely be full after just half your entrée.

The tips described above should help you to stay on a weight loss diet while eating at a restaurant. Moreover, these tips can help you to enjoy your meal.

Run For Fitness

While you may not have a long period of time to carve out for exercise, experts tell us that 'mini-workouts' give us the same benefits as long workouts. So instead of doing 30 minutes straight, with your own treadmill you can do 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes at night. It's good to pick out a system that will best fit your condition so that you can get the maximum benefit from it. At specialty fitness stores, you will find a wide variety of makes and models with a variety of prices to match. Expect to pay $2000.00 or more for a good quality home treadmill.

Take advice from an instructor

Ask the gym's fitness instructors about the machine and what they think about them. Welcome to Treadmills Guru - a guide to buying a treadmill for home fitness purposes. This is probably going to be a big purchase decision, so you need to be informed about what you're getting before you buy. Treadmills are generally designed to fit one of three types of users: walkers, walkers/joggers, and serious runners. As you move from walker to serious runner the treadmills will become more expensive.

Wholesale treadmills

The top seller of wholesale treadmills online is Smooth Fitness with their competitor Sole closely on their heels. These two manufacturers not only produce the highest quality treadmills, complete with great warranties and pricing, their customer service is first rate. Moreover, many of the major specialty fitness store models restrict their retailers to selling treadmills to people that live nearby. Also, there seems to be a reluctance to post the best price on the net -- most say to call for best price, and then they won't give it to you if you don't live nearby. You no longer have to join a gym because many types of equipment can fit right in your own home. You can do aerobic exercise, weight lifting, or core strengthening.

Practicing Yoga Poses

If a yoga pose is too difficult for you to practice at first, then better try modifying it. If you feel hard in practicing a full squat, then try for a chair squat. Another basic yoga pose is known as the king of the asanas (Sushasana), this is also known as the headstand. When performing this pose you start in a kneeling position and your hands and elbows placed on the floor before you. Become Yoga. This means being in the moment, being in the 'now', this means that every Yoga pose is a meditation, a singular expression of beingness.

Performing cat pose

Another popular yoga pose is the cat pose, regardless of age or physical condition. This is because it's particularly good for increasing the flexibility of the spinal column, as well as relaxing the lower back muscles. A simple restorative yoga pose is a great way to rejuvenate your body and mind. The pose can be done by nearly anyone. Hmm, my favorite yoga pose is probably the "boat" or full boat . I've actually only done yoga a few times, but in the Bootcamp I do with my sister sometimes we learn yoga moves.

Yoga requires practice

Each Yoga Pose is usually performed twice and held for a certain period of time. The poses are accompanied by Kapalabhati Breath or the "blowing in firm". The general shape of each yoga pose is shown in a drawing. A human voice pronounces the Sanskrit name. The most relaxing yoga pose is savasana, the pose of complete relaxation, also called corpse pose. All yoga sessions close with a period of time in savasana to allow yogis to relax, stretch their bodies, reflect, and meditate briefly.

The amount of effort required in each yoga pose is determined by the individual. For example, a student can choose to simply relax completely into a pose, or they can follow the instructor's modifications to activate certain muscle groups and make the pose more challenging. This yoga pose is one of the few yoga poses that rotates the spine. Twisting postures in Hatha Yoga complement forward and backward bending yoga pose by exercising the muscles in more complex ways than is accomplished by the movement of flexion and extension alone.
