Yeah well, due to the show's rescheduling, the Finch gig in Glasgow got downgraded from the Garage to G2. What did this mean to me and my photo pass? No barrier, inconsistant lighting, and trying to take pics of the band while being constantly pushed into the stage and the monitors by the enthusiastic moshers.

Thats a lot of $$$ worth of ink on his forearm....
My daughter was going to be shooting on the original night, but she and some friends had tix for Aussie comedian Tim Minchin on Saturday, so I got roped in to do it instead.
I'm not much of an expert on the cost of tattoos ... only having one myself...
Thanks, I was just happy to come out of the venue with something on Saturday.
awkward - but looking at this one and not seeing the rest yet, it looks like you did amazingly =D
they should have had a barrier though - especially for those guys - we had an 8 person wide one and the gap i was infront of was awkward - i launched into the speaker at one point hahaha
did you have a good night though?
I'm assuming it was only downgraded from the Garage on the day and they couldn't be bothered putting up the barrier, either that or they didn't think it would be needed.
It was an interesting rather than a good night. Trey, the singer from Shadows Chasing Ghosts, was a tad scary. He moved around the stage as if he was constantly being jabbed by a cattle prod. I think I would have enjoyed Finch more if I'd just been there as a normal paying punter instead of a photog on Mission Impossible IV...
but cattle prod definitely works
Aww but MI IV produced some great pics =]
