Chris Brown and The Jonas Brothers Dominate the 2008 Teen Choice Awards

2008 proved to be the year of the pop star as musicians from Miley Cyrus to The Jonas Brothers pwned at last night's Teen Choice Awards. Wait until you hear who went home with the most surfboards (awards).

Chris Brown cleaned house, winning four awards during the event (Choice Music: Male Artist, Choice Music: R&B Artist, Choice Music: R&B Track for 'Forever' and Choice Hook-Up for 'No Air' with Jordin Sparks). Meanwhile, teen and pre-teen heartthrobs The Jonas Brothers took home three awards of their own (Choice Music: Single for 'When You Look Me in the Eyes', Breakout Group and Choice Music: Love Song for 'When You Look Me in the Eyes').

I bet you're wondering how many awards Teen Choice Awards host, teen sensation and princess of photo scandals, Miley Cyrus, went home with ... just one for Choice Music: Female Artist (beating Britney Spears, Fergie, Rihanna and Mariah Carey in the process). Do you think her spark is running out? Why didn't she win more awards?

Poor Paramore ... The only rock band to be nominated in a category (Breakout Group) lost to The Jonas Brothers. But with the news of their album RIOT! going platinum, I don't think that the band will be too heartbroken!
