Hopefully working at Island Delights around Easter. Got to love having a tourist season. Winter sucks though. January 7, 2010Dieting Tips & AdviceHi , guys i am setting up this journal on a monthly basis , bassically my new year resilution ( sorry about the spelling ) is going to be to get from a size 12 to a size 8or 8 1/2 , i have researched on the internet about it fully and am going to see a doctor for health advise ect , this journal is sort of going to be my log along my journey my target date is may4th and maybe depending on how this goes i could reach my goal before then i am going to tell you tips and advice that i have found and been told . tips before dieting *Before you start dieting make sure you have the will power to do it *Set yourself a goal like a certain weight or just to loose a few inch's of your weist but choose it carefully if you are very very overweight start with smaller goals . *See a doctor before dieting , as some diets might not be right for you and you have to have a full medical check and they will advice you futher . *If you have tempting friends or family before you go ahead with dieting make sure you practice saying NO ! as we all no how easy it is to give in to a proposal . *There is no point dieting if your not willing to exercise Tips When At the start of your diet We all no how starting a diet can be very hard to start of because some are too strict , you need to choose carefully before dieting which kind of dieting either 1) A light Diet ( this is a diet which makes adjustments to your diet , you can still indulge into some cakes ect but it can reduce your weight from making adjustments) 2)A Full on Diet ( This diet includes a BIG change to your lifestyle and takes alot to get used to but in time it will become naturally also there is no dieting without exercising so you will need to include alot of exercise into your day more deatails soon . I am going to give you tips for diet 1) . *If you drink tea/Coffee and have sugar in it swich to sweetners in it *Drink pleantly of water at least 6 Glasses a day *If eating out try childrens portions of food *Put your fork down after a mouthfull give yourself a little time between bite's , this gives your body more time to digest your food and get you full sooner . *If you have no energy and dieting is taking its toll on you instead of fizzy drinks and snacks have a banana this contains the right stuff to give you that energy boot. * Vital tip : DONT SKIP BREAKFAST This journal entry features only diet tip one the next diet tips will be soon . November 28, 2009Getting ready 2 RoKkso even though i am losing weight to me it's not really quick enough so i bought a bottle of Relacore®
hopefully it will work, but i'm not sure. supposedly it will reduce my stress making me lose weight, but further investigation shows that it may not. i'm gonna still try it and if i'm not thinner in six weeks then hey, it's a sham. but if it does work then WOOT! i'll have lost some more weight. PS: it kinda makes you Jittery if you dont take it with food though.so anyways i'll probally be blogging about my experiences with using this particular diet pill for the next month and a half.

November 14, 2009Sicki never wanted to admit this publically before but hey what the hell, right? so anyways, i've decided to just stop eating. but im not so sure i wanna go back to that. if i do i know that what i'm sick (mentally) but, i dont wanna be fat anymore! even when i was 175 i was still fat--- granted the weight hung onto my body like a old ugly sweater because i was working out--- but i'm sick or being fat. i truly am sick of it. for the last four months i have replaced 1 meal a day with water, and i know it's unhealthy, but a big part of me (so pretty much all of me) just wants to be thin. maybe it's just ramona, but like 87% of my graduating class was like model thin,. i just want that, ive never really had that, but i just want it so badly.

October 30, 2009hmm..i think i may go on a fasting!?I have been putting it off and on and off and on for like 2 mnths now.. not good dude. Im going to do the Master Cleanse/Juice Fast/Water Fast (combo) for a mnth--maybe 40 days I really need to lose 50lbs quick..i will definitely not put that shit back on once its gone..i am turning back FULL vegan instead of just vegetarian right now..and definitely make the right eating habits. I am like a size 13-14 and totally need to be a size 4-6 instead! I also thought of becoming a japanese dieter..haha Havent you noticed that usually japanese women are like super thinlicious, nice hair, and skin! whats up with that dude? So yah definitely taking that up too along with being vegan lifestyle..it was difficult before. I did it for like a mnth and half, (trial and error type of thing) and decided it was sooo tremendously complicated..but i think it was bc i wasnt ready! : ( so while im fasting for a month i am going to research really really really hard and search restaurant options, take out, grocery lists, an so on..and of course look for more advice from one of my excellent idols ---Audrey Kitching! : ) Ugh..help anyone a vegan also? Please share some tips or if ever fasted..please share that too! : )

September 18, 2009Best way to lose fatThe best way to lose fat is to exercise for a long period of time without pushing yourself too much. Keep it simple because if you push yourself too much, your body will be taking for your sugar reserves and not from your fat stores. Also you want to get a high metabolism and to do that you can: Eat little snack meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals because you will eat up all the calories your supposed to intake fairly quickly, where as the snacks will keep you from being hungry and going over your calorie intake.
