Day 4
Today was made of epic fuckery...and I'm glad it's over! I took out my frustrations on my treadmill. I was tired as hell and yawning, but I did it. The numbers aren't as good as yesterday, but hey I'm not perfect. The 7 minutes were strangely therapeutic, though. In my mind I must have told off 5 or 6 people...all whom had somehow thrown a monkey wrench into my day. Oh well, I'm hoping for better tomorrow....

BRING ON DAY 5.

If you can do anything and get through your bad days, you will be so much stronger on your good days. The hard part is not calling it quits when your down. so actually this might be your biggest achievement to date. At least thats what I'm thinking.

I think it is, too. Honestly, I just wanted to bury my head but I couldn't do it to myself. It taught me a pretty big lesson: Even when life is topsy turvy, I have to take care of me. Perhaps there is hope for me yet? :)

I can relate. I really had to push myself to get on the treadmill tonight. I was exhausted and hungry, yet I forced myself to get on and go through my normal exercise routine. When I did get going though, it was really nice. I listened to Folie A Deux (it's a great album to work out too) and let my mind drift. I was twice as tired and extremely sweaty when I was finished but I felt a whole lot better than I did before I got on. Spending a little time at the end of the day on self improvement makes up for all the frustrations that tried to control the day.

You still did it though even after a bad day - I hope tomorrow will be better for you.

It's normal to have good and bad days, also when working out. You hang in there, that's what matters. :)

Before you get on the treadmill, take it easy for about 5-10 minutes, eat something light (like a bowl of low calorie cereal) and drink at least one glass of water. It should make you feel better and you will probably burn off more calories than you put into the snack.

7 minutes is better than 0 minutes. You're doing a good job, Sue!
I'm proud of you.
