I still haven't seen any report on whether they arrested the Pro-Prop 8 guy who got out of his truck and punched a protester in the face (knocking him to the ground, there're photos out it, and the guy KNEW he was being photographed as the photographer was standing right next to his window and got a shot of him inside his vehicle before any trouble started) ... right before Mark and Rich were arrested.

There were also reports out there that some Pro Prop 8 protesters beat up a woman and four of her friends. Now that's battery...
