Prophecy spots Deryck Whibley with Hanna Beth Merjos, days after Avril Lavigne files for divorce.

Just days after Avril Lavigne filed for divorce from her husband of 3 years, Sum 41 singer Deryck Whibley...

Deryck is spotted with new lady friend, aspiring model Hanna Beth Merjos, at Tattoo Mania in West Hollywood.

I was hanging with one of my TMZ homeys, "Break-a-Story Yori".. on our way to check out Metal Skool at the Key Club, just to hang. As we stopped to find a parking space on Sunset Blvd., Deryck and Hanna Beth both walked right by us and into Tattoo Mania.

From there, we decided to just wait in the car and see what happens... and we damn sho saw a lot.

Deryck and Hanna damn near needed a hotel room from the open glass display of raunch

Deryck's clearly seeking comfort, and Hanna's willing to give.




After noticing us, they tried to play it low key and leave separately.

Little did they know it was just a little too late
