What's your favorite last-minute costume?

sugarisgreatness Halloween is a day away and the costume shops have been picked through to where the only things left include a ratty green wig, an ugly plastic mask and one of Dorothy's ruby red shoes (size 9 if you're missing one). What do you do?
I always put together my costum weeks sometimes months in advance, =P
If I don't though, I'd just put heavy makeup on, put on a frilly dress in my closet I wore once, put on a crown and call myself a drama queen.
