Dane Cook

So, it's been announced that Hollywood is planning a film version of Gibson's classic cyberpunk novel Neuromancer. They also announced they have high hopes for the film since Hayden Christenson has already been mentioned as a possible choice to play Case, the story's protagonist.

My question is, how is Hollywood going to completely fuck this up?

(PS: I'm aware the quote I used for the name of this poll is a Dick quote, not Gibson. I was trying to be witty. If I failed, I blame a faulty Go To line.)

Let's say a giant meteor is headed for San Diego's Comic-Con convention, on a crash course with Dane Cook and Jessica Alba, as captured by ever-vigilant Just Jared. You, the superhero, have the option of saving just one. Jessica or Dane? Or, you can sacrifice yourself, and both Cook and Alba will live another day.
