Those people who cannot pay their debts often think about filing for bankruptcy. There are five types of bankruptcies – chapter 7, chapter 9, chapter 11, chapter 12, and chapter 13. Chapter 12 and chapter 13 are subdivided into two types – chapter 12a and 12b and chapter 13a and 13b.
