Cupcakes for Jill!

I am very dorky and random and when I have random ideas I like to do them. I was hanging out with Jill and my sis and of course we went to Target cuz thats my favorite place. And in the $2 section they had all these heart shaped cupcake stuff and so I wanted to make Jill cupcakes out of nowhere.
