Corey Feldman's wife files for divorce

LOS ANGELES (AP) - Court records show Corey Feldman's wife has filed for divorce after seven years of marriage.

The records show Susannah Feldman filed for divorce last week and cited irreconcilable differences for the breakup. The couple were married in October 2002. They have a 5-year-old son.

Feldman gained widespread popularity starring in 1980s films such "The Goonies" and "The Lost Boys."

Susannah Feldman is seeking sole custody of their son, with visitation rights for Corey Feldman. She is also seeking an unspecified amount of spousal support.

A phone message left for Corey Feldman's publicist was not immediately returned Tuesday. Source from www.topuggshoes.com

crappy haiku movie review of the week - stand by me

as we all know, there's no shortage of movie review sites out there on the web. but who among us hasn't longed for movie reviews in the form of really crappily done japanese poetry? i know i sure have!

so once a week, i'll be dedicating a journal entry to a movie review in the form of a really crappy haiku.

this week's movie can't help but evoke a sense of nostalgia. a longing for a simpler time...a time when cigarettes were good for you, happily married couples on television slept in seperate beds, and boys could form lifelong bonds during wacky, wholesome trips to visit dead bodies. oh, and also, people could have family conversations without using @reply:

xXjustinxjugularXx @justinsmom1962 mom did u c mai red hoodie wit da dinosore? i cnt fnd it newhere.

The Tribe, anyone?

Yes, The Tribe. As in, The Lost Boys: The Tribe. I- myself- was completely ecstatic to see it.
Sure, the original Lost Boys is older than me... I'm okay with that. The best movies were made in the 80's, after all.

Let me tell you, as an overly-avid Lost Boys fan, The Tribe did not disappoint me at all! Edgar Frog's (AKA: Corey Feldman!) entrance into the film was the best thing ever. I was highly upset that Jason Patric wasn't in The Tribe, seeing as I used to have quite a crush on him. But it was okay, because Corey Feldman, Corey Haim, and Jamison Newlander made up for it.

I also loved the opening sequence. "We wouldn't come into any one's house... unless we were invited!" and BAM! That rich guy was gone.
You get it, right? Because vampires can't come a house unless they're invited by the head of the household.
Ah, man... I'm such a nerd.

The Lost Boys has been my favorite movie [by far] since I was about 4. It's actually half the reason I am... who I am (hardy-har-har, right?). It sparked my love of slashers, serial killers, cannibals, etc. It's a movie for the ages, I suppose. If you haven't seen the first one, you totally don't know what you're missing out on!

Now, The Tribe will be officially released tomorrow (July 29th), and I definitely recommend you check it out. I'm for sure watching it with my friends. Do the same, hokay? It'll be gnarly.

"Build a man a fire, he's warm for the night. Light a man on fire, he's warm for the rest of his life"- Edgar Frog

'The Lost Boys 2' is a reality

Continuing the long-standing trend of creating unnecessary sequels, the American film industry is set to release perhaps the most delayed response to a hit movie, Lost Boys 2: The Tribe. That's right. A sequel to the 1987 hit vampire flick is coming, 20 years after the fact. But Corey Feldman is in it! Awesome?
