colour Blog and Journals

my mom,aunt and  i did a drive by on a house my mom found. instantly we all feel in love with it. so my mom is going to look at the house on sunday and bring some money for a damage deposite she loves it so much. i love the house and the location but that means i have to redecorate. since we are renting a house im going to go from a colour splash of a room to a most likely a plan white room that i cant paint. So i have seached google to find some ideas on how to decorate my room( if your readin this your input would be nice to) and make it colourful with out paint.here are some of the ideas i have found:

NOTE: i found most of these for dorm rooms so there low cost and can be used even if you cant punch holes in a wall

-pick out a bright comforter that wont show the dirt( i found this tip for college students who use there bed for study eating and stuff. not bad if your a sleep eater)preferabley reversable ones so you have more options and if you change your mind alot like me.

-use a piece of wire hang it across a wall and hang pictures on it

-put a colourful canopy over your bed or dresser or at the opeining of your closet the possibilities are endless

-use bright baskets to store your stuff if your a pack rat who cant let go of any accesories or cosmetics( dangerouse habit beleive it or not)

-has an excuse to buy  more jewelery buy bright bold necklaces place them on your wire picture hanger

-put rinstones on a few things to brighten things up

- to go with your comforter make or buy some pillows to add to the comforter and brighten up your bed area a little bit more

-my friend gave me the suggestion of makeing paper cranes and hanging them up on my roof. if you know how to or know someone that can make paper cranes this is an awsome idea . if you dont know someone who does just go on youtube theres probably a billion vidios there on how to just practice with plain paper first.

-use crappy dollar store tape to put up posters so you dont reck the paint. land lords and colleges hate that. could you imagine having to paint over just four tiny little spots and never have it be even with the colour thats already there.

-start collecting something that intrsest you and display it aroung your room. i have a freind who buys skateboards and uses then as selvess. nothing falls of those selves.
