Man strung out on acid arrested in front of our tent.

The dude was just rolling around in the grass. There was no need to arrest him.

But he was clearly nuts. Watch the cop on the right pull out the taser. Then watch him shock the guy. Then watch him not budge an inch. TOTALLY CRAZY.
