i think it's supossidly haunted and loads a famous bands have staded there my chemical romance to name one. i think a girl got hit by a car there too and her ghost haunts the place but i could be completly wrong haha. - leeia pain xo

papa roach recorded their newest album there, and my chemical romance recorded/wrote most of their newest there as well. it's a creepy place. did you go there?

dear Gerardio and the other members of MCR got a bit haunted there when they were making The Black Parade, it caused Mikey to need therapy. thats really all I know.
