Even though the Canadians had no desire to be "Liberated" at all.
They got their ass kicked by a bunch of ex-British (retired) soldiers, a group
of Canadian farmers and a handful of Mohawk Indians.
Even though it did take three days of fighting, the outnumbered Canadians drove the Americians back across the river.
