Go Buckeyes!
Today is the day of The Game. Ohio State versus Michigan. #1 vs. #2. American college football, for my international friends. My alma mater's 'mascot' is an inedible nut. A buckeye, found on funny-looking trees in sparse locations throughout Ohio. It's just one of those historical things; if we had to pick a local animal to be our mascot, it would probably be either the gray squirrel, or the groundhog. And Minnesota already has the gophers, so the latter is out. Hmm, maybe the turkey vultures of northern Ohio... nahh. Now you see why the nut doesn't sound like such a bad idea.

Mmm, yes they can be, although I've found some people know how to make them and some don't. I wish I could find someone who does 'em in dark chocolate.
