My Chemical Romance to Cover Famous Folk Singer for Movie Soundtrack
Although it might be some time until we hear a new album from My Chemical Romance, the band is in talks to record a song for the soundtrack of the 2009 superhero flick "The Watchmen" ... and it might be a cover.
In 2006, My Chemical Romance's "To the End" was featured on the "Underworld: Evolution" soundtrack. Speaking of movies, rumor has it that Way's popular comic book, The Umbrella Academy, may become a movie in the near future.
Are you excited for a Bob Dylan cover from MCR? Do you think they could pull it off? What song, from any artist, do you wish the band would cover?

"[Frontman Way] is a super-great guy, and an awesome musician, and so we're trying to work with them right now to put together possibly a song for the end titles," "Watchmen" director Zack Snyder told MTV News. Snyder is leaning towards a Bob Dylan cover for the band, stating: "[They'll perform] like a cover of 'Desolation Row,' or something like that. I've talked with him and I've heard a little bit of some stuff that's he's done [covering Dylan] ... and it's pretty freaking cool."
