Imbroglio After Demon-God Refuses To "Do Emo"

SCHUTZPOLEI KIDNAPS AMERICAN INDUSTRIALIST
Imbroglio After Demon-God Refuses To "Do Emo"

Berlin--Rumor has it that the German emo-core trio Schutzpolei almost managed to cajole the third member of the American occult noise project Choronzon to to do an album with them, and then after he declined, allegedly kidnapped him and then demanded ransom from the other two members if they were to give them back their xenodimensional inspirator.

The kidnapped member was Choronzon itself, the linchpin of the eponymous US noise group, who isn't even remotely human although he can look otherwise.

Apparently the German group were in the USA to meet with their distributors and on their way out, approached Choronzon about a collaboration while at a gathering of mutual acqaintances in San Francisco. At first he agreed to it, surprising a few individuals who were part of his retinue, but after they all went back to Europe things got ugly.

The Choronzon project's other members report that the boys from Schutzpolei asked him to "do emo" and P. Emerson Williams, who has known this entity for more than 20 years, claimed "Choronzon does not do emo. He would have definitely had a problem with that."

He and his West Coast cohort Demimonde Mesila Thraam made it clear in an official statement that the Deutsch screamers might be in for a long ride through Hell - or worse.

"Choronzon is exactly the sort of tricky creature who would've allowed them to think they kidnapped him just to mess with them later on," According to Thraam, widely known as Choronzon's long-time lover, the primary motive for this would have been "nothing more than his own twisted entertainment."

"Who kidnapped whom, here? I mean, this is Choronzon we're talking about, and this is Schutzpolei. Think about that for a fucking minute. If he'd wanted to, he could have exploded them into atoms in a New York nanosecond. If they're still alive, he's playing them like a couple of action figures. I almost feel sorry for them."

Thraam refers to Darvon Helter and Marcus Stoebbel, the frontboys of Schutzpolei, who had been so busy promoting their new album that they may have had no idea what they were getting themselves into.

As to a motive for hanging around with emo kids, she commenteds "These entities have been around longer than forever, literally, and get bored easily. We offer Schutzpolei our condolences, but they're going to have to dig in their heels and deal with whatever they have coming to them."

In Berlin, the mood is considerably more one of consternation, when there is one discernible at all, with fans of Schutzpolei waiting for latest word of their songsters. Gudrun Penicillin, a skanky groupie caught hanging around backstage after a Schutzpolei DJ night at Club Anesthesia, looked disinterested.

"The ransom they're demanding is going to get them in trouble, I think. It was something ridiculous, like $444.00...I mean, really" whined the spokesslut in raspy German while motioning to the barkeep for a beer. Her skeeze could not be reached for comment.

Schutpolis' latest album, "Do What You Don't Want" touched off some speculation that the band had consulted Choronzon at an earlier time, and it is not altogether unlikely that there may have been a dispute over the name of the album that the emo band recently has released, though details are sketchy.

"There had been a slogan he used once in a while, "Do What Thou Won't", and the Schutzpolei title rather resembled it" she said.

Gudrun would not confirm reports that the entity was going to petition his cabal in the States to sue over this. Though it seems possible, it does not look probable.

"The thing is, people tell me that those Choronzon guys don't like to mess with things that involve sitting around in crowded rooms and talking about businessy things, they are the sorts of folks who just want to make their noise, and have their Rites of Wrong and, you know, stuff like that-- Hey, do you have a cigarette?"
