How to style "scene" hair[WAAAY OLD VIDEO]

I used Bed-Head Hard Hold Hairspray,a CHI Volumizer Red Ceramic Flat Iron.
Flat iron your layers and the base of your hair.
Basically spray the roots of your top layer and tease and fluff like an afro with a brush or comb.
Spray hairspray all over after accesorizing with a bow,headband,or tiara.[longg vid!]
